Our platform connects directly to your Facebook or Instagram account to automatically organize your photos, captions, and comments into a chronologically ordered book layout.
What is the expected delivery time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout which can reduce the delivery time to 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I customize the content of my book before printing?
Yes, you have full control. You can choose specific date ranges, add or remove specific posts, select different cover designs, and choose between softcover or hardcover options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
What is your return policy for custom books?
Since each book is custom-made to your personal social media history, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
Is my social media data secure?
Absolutely. We use secure API connections to access your data and we never store your login credentials. Your content is only used to generate your book and is never shared with third parties.
